Mold components are what make the mold work and the mechanisms used to deliver a quality end product. Key components include mold bases, inserts, pins, ejectors, slides, lifters, bushings, guides and alignment devices.
For mold components, we work from your 3D files and your 2D drawings (with tolerances). Our in-house design department performs a detailed analysis of your parts before we put them into production.

Custom mold components
Suhcc regularly supplies precision-engineered core and cavity toolsets and other custom mold components (non-standard mold components) such as slides, lifters, pins, gate inserts, stripper rings and spare parts. Suhcc is also able to perform emergency repairs on your existing tools to minimize your downtime.

Equivalents of the standard components
For some mold components we also offer equivalents of standards such as Hasco, Meusburger, Cumsa and DME standards. These equivalents are cheaper but of equal quality. We systematically test the parts internally before delivery.
