Suhcc was founded in 2008, specializing in the design, development, production and sale of electronic and plastic products and all kinds of molds. We provide electronic, home appliance, medical, automotive and other industrial products in various and exciting industries. We also provide industrial ID and structural design, mold making and related services for well-known domestic and foreign companies. Suhcc's factory is located in the "City of Mould" - Chang'an Town, Dongguan City, Pearl River Delta Metropolitan Region and is close to Guangzhou and Shenzhen City. It takes 40 minutes to Shenzhen airport（SZX） and 90 minutes by car to Guangzhou (CAN) or Hongkong airport (HKG). With a 5700 square meters factory, state of the art equipment and more than 100 experienced and qualified staff, Suhcc is able to carry out project development and product design and determine what is the most economical way for your drawing or concept to become a tangible product with competitive cost and fast project completion.

So our PM's work in close collaboration with clients to ensure requirements are identified, risks accessed, schedules managed and expectations aligned. Tooling

There are a variety of different tools that can be roughly divided into ten categories. The different types of molds are selected according to the different requirements of the part's material, physical and chemical properties, mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, service life, economic factor, and so on.

Mold Components

Mold components are what make the mold work and the mechanisms used to deliver a quality end product. Key components include mold bases, inserts, pins, ejectors, slides, lifters, bushings, guides and alignment devices. As for the mold components, we work from your 3D files and your 2D drawings (with tolerances). Our internal design department carries out an accurate analysis of your parts before launching them into production.
